Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged and driven project manager for the VA pipeline network. As a project manager, you will lead and be responsible for the execution of the entire project, from planning and procurement to handing over the completed facility for operation and maintenance.

Your responsibilities include ensuring the progress of the projects and making sure they are carried out according to set goals with good results. You will be the cohesive link regarding finances, timelines, work environment, documentation, and information.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in road and water, construction technology, or another relevant field, or someone who has acquired equivalent competence in another way. Experience as a project manager in construction projects is an advantage. We would also like you to have knowledge of contract law and AB 04/ABT 06 as well as AMA Construction and AMA AF. Since our projects are carried out throughout Karlstad municipality, it is a requirement that you have a B driver's license.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a person, you are self-driven and can manage projects from the investigation phase to completed facilities. The ability to work systematically and achieve results, as well as analyze complex issues, are skills we highly value. The project manager is responsible for the project outcome in close collaboration with colleagues, consultants, and contractors, so it is important that you have good communication and collaboration skills and express yourself well in both speech and writing.
